Adv. Ntsietso Mokitimi-Makhofola
Ntsietso Mokitimi-Makhofola is an advocate, admitted in the North Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa and the Lesotho High Court. She holds a BA (Law), LLB and LLM as well as various management certificates. Her wide experience spans various aspects of corporate law having worked for major corporations in Lesotho and SA. She has presented papers and written publications on commercial law. Ntsietso has headed legal departments, including at Lesotho Bank, Nedcor Bank (Retail Division), Land Bank and the SABC.
She is skilled, amongst others, in the areas of legal risk management, strategic management, secretarial administration, implementation of legislative controls, corporate governance, corporate compliance and development of company policies. She is a doer and a team player with a strong drive to achieve, and has the determination and commitment to tackle challenges and utilise people-skills to benefit organisations.
Ntsietso is currently employed as the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of the South African Music Performance Rights Association (SAMPRA).
